Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All wholesale orders require 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Larger or custom orders may require additional lead time.

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via [UPS/FedEx/Preferred Carrier]. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Freight Responsibility: Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing. Any additional fees (liftgate service, inside delivery, residential surcharge, etc.) are billed to the buyer.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final: Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for damaged, missing, or defective items must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery, including photos of the issue and the packing slip. Approved claims will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.

Restocking Fee (if applicable): Approved returns for reasons other than damage/defect may incur up to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping at the buyer’s expense.
