Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All wholesale orders require 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Larger or custom orders may require additional lead time.

  • Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via [UPS/FedEx/Preferred Carrier]. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Freight Responsibility: Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing. Any additional fees (liftgate service, inside delivery, residential surcharge, etc.) are billed to the buyer.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All Sales Final: Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for damaged, missing, or defective items must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery, including photos of the issue and the packing slip. Approved claims will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.

  • Restocking Fee (if applicable): Approved returns for reasons other than damage/defect may incur up to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping at the buyer’s expense.
